We are sorry, we will do everything possible to correct this problem, and this in a fast and optimal way.
Please note that we accept to take back products purchased on www.training-distribution.com for 30 days after your purchase.
We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We would have liked to offer the return shipping costs, but unfortunately they are charged by the carriers and therefore it is impossible for us.
You can request the return by following the procedure described below.
Once the return request is in our system we will validate it.
You will then receive a PDF return form to slip into the package that you will have to stamp and send us back via Colissimo or Mondial Relai.

Upon receipt of the package we will process the return by checking the condition of the products.
We will then proceed to the reimbursement or to the edition of the exchange voucher corresponding to the value of the returned products.
Please note that shipping costs cannot be refunded. If you request an exchange, you will receive a voucher for the value of the product. You will then be able to recommend the product but you will have to pay the shipping costs again as we are charged for them :c)
To request a product return it's very simple. You just have to follow the following steps :
Access your order history from your customer account
Select the order containing the product you wish to return.
Select the product(s) you wish to return by checking the corresponding box(es).
If you can't check the products, it means that the return period is over…
Add the reason for the return (size problem, change of mind, defective product...).
Add the type of return you want (exchange or refund by check or PayPal).
In case of PayPal refund, don't forget to indicate the email address !
Click on " generate a return ".
Go to , "my account", then "my returns".
This will give you access to the list of your returns and the status of your request.
You will receive an e-mail each time the status changes.
When you return the product, don't forget to attach the return form you received in PDF by e-mail.
This voucher is accessible when your return request has been validated.
Be careful, the order form does not act as a shipping label! It is only the summary of the return.
